5 Basic Tips to stay Healthy without leaving the Food you Love
The most amazing thing that can happen to a person is Food. It can make you feel so good even your parents and friends fail to do so sometimes. When we are grumpy, it just takes the aroma of that food to lighten your angry mood and pour you into the world of happiness.
We already know the importance and the role Food plays in our daily life. Because all I ever wanted was Food and nothing else, literally! Food helps you to survive sure but also keeps you all charged up and work for the rest of the day with your emotions set in motion. But there is a need to maintain a balance between what you are eating and what your body actual needs as you would not like to look fat in today’s time right?
So let’s take a quick view at how we can stay healthy by following some basic tips:
1.Eat oatmeal for breakfast.
Make a big bowl of oatmeal every morning. This fiber-filled meal will keep you full until lunch. It will also replace high-fat, high-cholesterol breakfast foods like bacon and eggs. You can keep your oatmeal exciting by constantly changing up the chopped fruits you serve it with, or adding spices like cinnamon and natural sweeteners like maple syrup. In the winters or when fresh fruit isn’t readily available, you can also cook a small amount of chopped dried fruit along with your oatmeal for added sweetness and flavor.
2. Always carry fruit and nuts.
These nutritious snacks will keep you from grabbing a bag of chips or a candy bar when the late-afternoon munchies strike. You can always turn to an apple, banana, grapes, almonds, pistachios, or cashews for a no-guilt snack. Just choose nuts that are raw or have been dry roasted (not roasted in oil).
3. Drink more smoothies.
Smoothies are a delicious way to pack in a high concentration of nutrients while also keeping you hydrated and energized. You can throw a handful of spinach or kale into a fruit smoothie to create a green smoothie that still tastes like paradise. Other simple options are Banana Smoothie, Cucumber Smoothie, Pineapple-Mango Smoothie.
4.Don’t give anything up
